Hosting and server logs
The site is served through Cloudflare. When you visit, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time is processed to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use these logs to identify you.
Purchases (Stripe)
When you buy a template you are sent to Stripe Checkout, operated by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. Stripe processes your name, email, payment and billing details to complete the payment and prevent fraud (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We receive order details and your email so we can resend your link or handle a refund. Card data never reaches our servers. See stripe.com/privacy.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and cookies
With your consent only (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to measure which pages are used. We use Google Consent Mode v2 in basic mode: until you click Accept, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years) and processes pseudonymous usage data. According to Google, Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses of users in the EU, Switzerland or the UK; it uses them only to derive an approximate location (down to city level) and then discards them. Data may be processed in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time: open cookie settings. Rejecting removes the analytics cookies.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you.
Retention
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
